Health factors, computed from the logs
Every Aave V3 account rebuilt from event logs and run through the protocol's own math (scaled balances, index accrual, oracle prices, risk parameters), then checked against the chain until it matched exactly. No node calls per account, so a whole cohort is one query.

Accounts are stored with a reason instead of a number when their oracle family isn't replicated yet (LST-ratio and PT adapters), they use E-mode, or they carry GHO debt, whose stkAAVE discount we haven't reproduced. A wrong health factor is worse than a missing one.
