Favouriting a pair keeps it in reach. Favourites appear on your dashboard
with the latest close and the 24-hour move, and under Prices → Favourites
in the sidebar from any page.

Making one

There is a star on every market page and on every row of the finder, so a pair
can be favourited without opening it. The control shows its current state, so
you can always tell whether something is favourited.

Favourites are yours

A favourite is personal. It is a convenience, not a shared artifact — if you
want a team to work from the same starting point, save a query instead:
those belong to a space and everyone in it sees them.

Your allowance

Free accounts keep 10 favourites, paid accounts 50. The count is shown
wherever the list appears, and once it is full the star stays visible and
disabled with the reason rather than quietly disappearing.

Favourites are not alerts

Favouriting a pair keeps it handy. It does not tell you when it moves — that
is a price alert, which is a separate thing you set on the
market page and which emails your whole research space when it fires.
